All of our powered (electrical, natural gas or LPG) products come with a twelve month manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Some items have a return- to-supplier warranty and some have an on-site warranty. See individual item description for details of warranty relevant for that item.
Return to supplier warranty – Product required to be packaged and returned to us for repair – please note that anything that isn’t covered by the terms of the warranty – eg. Mis-use, poor cleaning etc will be chargeable.
On-Site warranty – Repair on site with parts and labour covered unless stated.
In many cases, an initial call to our service desk can often help resolve an issue without the need of an engineer and in some cases the cost of a service call when it’s clearly not covered.
If you have an issue with your product, please contact us first on 01922 629 009 or email email@example.com where we will be able to advise on the best course of action. This will help speed up the process at it may be we can repair the item at your address or, alternatively, order replacement parts whilst we are awaiting your item at our workshop.
In all cases, a form will be required to be sent to you / site for completion that identifies the serial number, item model, site details and contact and who is going to pay for the engineers time should it turn out to be chargeable.
Should you encounter a failure in your products, we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this manufacturer warranty. In the case of such a failure, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to our office at which point the warranty repairs and cost of returning the item to you will be completed free of charge.
If you have difficulties in returning the item to us, we are able to offer a collection and return service at a cost of £80.
Repairs If you have a problem with your item that is not covered under warranty we are able to undertake repairs for you at your cost.
Again it is your responsibility to return the item to us or an engineer can collect the item at a charge of £80.
We will then be able to advise on the cost of repair once our engineers have inspected your product.
